Who is responsible for your information

What we collect, and why

• Order details: your name, email address, delivery address and phone number, and what you bought. We need these to take and deliver the order.
• Payment: handled by Stripe or PayPal on their own services. We never see or store your full card number.
• Support: anything you send us by email or through the contact form, kept with the order so the next person to read it has the context.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4, which in Ireland stores no analytics or advertising cookies until you accept them.

The lawful basis is the contract with you for orders and support, our legal obligations for business records, our legitimate interest in running a secure shop, and your consent for optional analytics and advertising cookies.

Who we share it with

• Stripe and PayPal, to take the payment.
• Resend, to send you the order confirmation.
• Supabase, which holds the order record.
• Vercel, which hosts the site.
• The courier, to deliver the parcel.

We do not sell personal data.

Transfers outside the EEA

Some of these providers, and our own team, process information outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for six years, as Irish law requires for business records. Support email is kept with the order. Other information is kept only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to how we use it, take it with you, and withdraw consent at any time. Email theteam@customersupport.care and we will answer within one month. We will not charge you for asking.

You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

Cookies

This shop is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
