Limited liability and indemnity

Last updated 25 September 2026. This policy is reviewed periodically; if anything here is unclear, ask us before you order.

What we do not limit

Nothing on this page excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. It does not limit your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, which cannot be contracted out of on a consumer sale: goods must match their description, be fit for their purpose and be of satisfactory quality.

What we do limit

Outside the paragraph above, our total liability for any order is capped at the price you paid for the goods concerned. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable when you ordered, or for loss of profit or business.

Using what we sell

Pig ears are a complementary treat rather than a meal, and they are high in fat. Give one under supervision and take it away once it is small enough to swallow. If your dog has a sensitive stomach, or you are unsure whether a chew suits your dog, ask your vet before you start. We make no health, veterinary, dental or nutritional claim for anything sold here.

The plush toy is a toy, not a chew. A determined chewer will get through it. Take it away once a seam opens or the squeaker is exposed.

Indemnity

If you use the site in breach of these terms, or resell our goods to someone else, you are responsible for the claims, losses and reasonable costs that causes us. This does not apply to ordinary use of the goods as a consumer.

Delivery delays

If a parcel is delayed we will chase it with you. If we cannot deliver in the time we told you, or within 30 days where no time was given, you can agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund.
